The cover of this issue features three of the most-popular DC Golden Age characters: The Spectre, Green Lantern, and The Flash, by Martin Nodell, Shelly Moldoff, and Bernard Baily. Notice the swiped position of Green Lantern as it is awfully similar to how he was drawn on the cover of All American #16.
