death of Sgt. Abraham Ford, 1st app. of DwightFun Fact, according to the Nerdist Writer's Panel with Robert Kirkman, Abraham's death was not planned until Robert Kirkman was writing this issue. Originally, Dwight and the other Saviors were going to engage in a firefight with Eugene and Abraham, leading the two to retreat back to Alexandria unharmed. While writing the issue, Kirkman thought that was "lame" and had Abraham shot through the head with an arrow.
